4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Pooja services are non-refundable once booked, due to pre-ritual preparations and temple schedules.
- Taxi or tour bookings can be canceled 48 hours in advance for a partial refund (after deducting processing fees).
- In case of unavoidable delays or cancellations from our end (e.g., temple closure or weather), we will reschedule your service or offer a partial refund.
